In addition to the oysters on the raw bar menu, my all time favorite are the Peruvian Scallops. If you’ve never tried this before please embrace the adventure of something new because they are quite simply life changing. Not only visually beautiful and inviting, these scallops are a delectable mixture of fresh and sweet and will leave you wanting another dozen!
