Choosing where to invest your time for brunch can be a bit of a challenge, considering how many establishments there are that offer weekend breakfast. Unfortunately, and I’m just being honest, a lot of them leave you underwhelmed and feeling like you’ve overpaid.

My absolute favorite spot amongst all choices is Slay Hermosa Beach located on North Hermosa Beach. They are a farm to table concept restaurant, or rather- farm to BEACH and both their brunch and dinner menu’s are exceptional.

A couple of my favorite’s right off the bat are the Smoked Salmon Avocado Toast (I like to add on a poached egg on top), and the Quiche! The quiche is delightfully fluffy and mouth watering. And not to worry if you’re not in the mood for breakfast- they have a wide variety of lunch items such as salads, burgers, and sandwiches.
