Infante

This cocktail was so damn good I literally have been dreaming about it ever since I had one. The Infante cocktail at Ryla in Hermosa Beach is made with Cimarron Tequila, lime, orgeat, orange flower water, and shaved nutmeg. If you’re unfamiliar with Orgeat- it’s a sweet syrup made from almonds. It’s the perfect ingredient adding just a tiny bit of sweetness to cut through the lime and adds in some extra flavor.

The bar at Ryla also offers a fun and vibey atmosphere to meet with a friend or have a snack if you’re not looking to for a full on sit down dinner.
