Hello, I'm Noelle Richards!
I am a California Licensed Realtor and resident of Hermosa Beach working primarily in the South Bay beach cities of Los Angeles.
I was born and raised in Thousand Oaks, California- and with Swiss and Greek heritage I've been so lucky to have traveled the world, but the sun, sea and southland always drew me back home to Southern California and the Pacific Ocean.
I developed my passion for real estate at a young age looking at investment properties with my father along the entire Los Angeles Coast. The South Bay became my focal point since moving to Hermosa Beach in 2013 after living and working in the Swiss Alps.
Hermosa has become not only my home but also my happy place, and I've gained expertise and familiarity throughout all of the South Bay Beach Cities and its surrounding communities. I tailor my services to fit the personal needs of my client and I'm happy to help you understand the differences in the Real Estate Market depending on which beach city you may like to explore.
Aside from business, I take advantage of the simplicities in life and the luxuries of living near the ocean. When I'm not striving to bring you your perfect buyer or introduce you to your dream home, you can find me taking a local yoga class, playing beach volleyball, or enjoying the view from one of our local restaurants on the pier.
